The agenda is now online for the February meeting of the Planning Board, but the application to build on the land adjacent to Moorside Cottatge at 1 McWilliam Road IS NOT LISTED once again. We can't think of anything else to say about it that we haven't said already,but hope springs eternal!

The agenda for the January meeting of the Planning Board is now showing on line,but Moorside Cottage has once again been overlooked. It appears that several more recent applications have "leap frogged" that of Moorside Cottage and have been done and dusted. Has anybody any ideas as to how we can put...

Just another snippet of information for general perusal. We have been in touch with Mike Stokes, who has informed us that there are now new tenants at the Cottage , a family with children. We can only hope that they have more respect for their surroundings than the previous lot :!:

There has been a recent addition to the Planning Application site 7-2015-13118-Q.The council have added the text of a letter sent to Mr Hubbard, to whom the case has been delegated, on 24 th August by ECA (Mr Stokes' architects). Just a snippet of hopefully good news?! Mike Stokes has sent a man and a van to clear the rubbish at the Cottage. He was working there Tuesday and Wednesday this week. Jill had a conversation with him and he told her that the living accommodation was now cleared and that he would be back this coming...
